MultiGraf Touchline C375 Automatic Creaser

The Swiss made Touchline range is renowned for reliability and cutting-edge features. This C375 automatic creaser is in excellent condition. Just one previous user and was original supplied by Glendale Presentation Solutions. It has been regularly serviced and is in very good condition.

Touchline products offer more flexibility and automation than many other products in the paper finishing environment. Touchline stands for efficient, highly automated processes and operator’s comfort. The creasing machine C375 does not require any manual adjustments. The paper pile height is automatically detected by a touch less sensor to avoid scratching. According to the paper stocks, the creasing depth can be adjusted on the touchscreen monitor without manual intervention. The creasing bars are easily interchangeable within seconds. Paper stocks up to 400 gsm can be handled.

The approved Touchline 100mm pile feeder with vacuum belt technology offers efficient and trouble less operation. No pump is needed for the air supply which offers less noise emissions in the print room environment. The maximum sheet size that can be creased on the C375 is 375 x 1050 mm.

Very simple operation 

By simply entering the necessary information through the touchscreen panel, the machine creates all settings automatically. During production a small operating panel with a simple start and stop button simplifies the life of the operator.

Touchscreen menu

Very simple and menu driven operation. All elementary settings are entered directly over the touchscreen. The touchscreen has visual aids for the types of crease/fold to produce.

Double sheet detection 

A professional ultrasonic double sheet detection system is available as an option which offers a 100% control of all sheets running through the machine.

Vacuum pile feeder 

The pile feeder is using a vacuum belt technology and air knife control for a perfect sheet separation. It handles paper sizes from 105x148mm to 375x1050mm and up to 400gsm in weight. The feeder has a capacity of 100mm.
