The Long…


Glendale Presentation Solutions was founded in 1994 by Gordon Quinn, who brought nearly 25 years of experience as a Territory Sales Manager with General Binding Company (GBC). With a passion for the industry and extensive product knowledge, Gordon set out to build a business rooted in quality, reliability, and service.


The name Glendale came from the street where Gordon and his family lived—also the first base of the business. Within just six months, Glendale had moved into a city-centre premises, taken on three full-time staff, and quickly established itself as a trusted supplier of binders, laminators, shredders, and more.

Over the years, the product portfolio expanded naturally to include guillotines, booklet makers, paper folders, and a wide range of finishing equipment. As demand grew, so did the business—expanding into larger premises to meet the needs of its growing customer base.


In 2007, Gordon retired but remained a familiar and much-loved presence at Glendale until his passing in 2021. His wealth of knowledge and stories continue to inspire the team today.


Now run by Gordon’s family, Glendale remains true to its founding values: quality products, customer-first service, and trusted solutions. Our offering has grown, and we now supply top-class finishing equipment to a worldwide customer base. Many UK clients—ranging from blue-chip companies and large commercial printers to SMEs, education providers, and public sector organisations—have been with us since the very beginning.


In 2021, Glendale relocated to a modern premises with a dedicated showroom for both in-person and online equipment demonstrations, making it easier than ever to serve our customers locally and globally. By 2025, our continued growth meant it was time to move again—this time into a premises twice the size. The new space gives us even more room to showcase equipment, support our customers, and expand our services as Glendale’s journey of growth continues.


Our team is close-knit and passionate about what we do. Three of our staff members have each worked with Glendale for over 20 years—a testament to the loyalty and dedication that underpin our service. Once you join Glendale, you’re part of the family.


We’re also proud to operate with a strong environmental commitment. From electric vehicles and FSC-certified packaging to carbon-neutral delivery through DPD, we do our part to reduce our footprint. Each year, we also support charities chosen by our employees, keeping our values of care and community at the heart of our business.
