Refurbished Duplo DC445 Creaser

Now in stock at Glendale we have this Duplo DC445 Automated creaser. This DC445 comes complete with the all-important optional Air Knife to help feed printed stock which are high in static. Also included with this model is the optional perforating module, including two perf units. Refurbished and in perfect working condition.

The Duplo DC445 DuCreaser is a fully automatic, highly productive, programmable creasing solution for the digital print market. Specifically designed to meet the needs of the short-run digital colour print market, providing a creasing solution for the problem of toner/ink cracking which results when digitally printed work is folded. The DC445 is equally well suited to finishing offset printed media and laminated stocks.

The DC445 is part of Glendale’s Digital Finishing Solutions Range. This model provides a creasing solution for a wide range of applications from greetings cards to leaflets, brouchers, CD/DVD covers, menus and flyers. All up to 15 creasers can be placed across the sheet, adjustable in 0.1mm increments. The creasing tool can be automatically adjusted to suit different stock thickness.

An automatic suction feeder ensures the consistent, mark free delivery of sheets. In the case of high levels of static, the optional air knife, which is included on this machine, assists with sheet separation and feeding. The Ultrasonic double feed detector is also included on this creaser, this offers complete confidence that only one sheet will ever be processed at a time.

A 100 mm pile height combined with the top-feed design, means the DC445 offers exceptional productivity with minimal manning. The suction fed delivery can be altered to maximise productively depending on the weight of stock. A 110mm exit tray is fully adjustable, stacking finished items for neat and tidy collection.
