Now in stock at Glendale we have this Morgana DocuFold Pro Folder. This DocuFold Pro is in perfect working condition and the rollers are excellent. This DocuFold Pro been refurbished by a Morgana trained engineer and includes the perforating unit and all user manuals. This folder has completed just 160,000 folds.

The Morgana DocuFold Pro is equipped with the latest SmartScreen technology, this DocuFold Pro enables the operator, with minimum training, to carry out a variety of folds from an icon driven touch screen. An unlimited alpha numeric memory is available to store all standard and non standard jobs. Key to the Morgana DocuFold Pro design criteria was a machine with a high degree of automation. Operation is therefore simplicity itself. Enter the sheet size and fold type on the DocuFold Pro SmartScreen and the machine automatically adjusts the fold plates and delivery rollers electronically. The fold rollers will also compensate for most types of fold or paper weight without the need for adjustment, further enhancing the ease of use. Built-in anti-static brushes assist in the discharge of statically charged print material, one of the most troublesome problems faced by document finishers today 

This Morgana DocuFold Pro comes as standard with counting, batching, perforating and scoring. All controls are centrally located and include counting and batching. The feed table incorporates a pressure chamber that gently pulls the sheet onto the bed before feeding into the fold rollers. Sheet sizes are measured by sensors and settings are displayed in either metric or imperial sizes.
