Renz DTP340M, Coil Die and CBS340 Coil Inserter

Renz Coil/Spiral Binding System 

Glendale now has in stock this Renz Coil Binding System which includes the DTP340M Punch, 6mm Oval Coil/Spiral Die and CBS340 Coil Inserter. This system was supplied new by Glendale and has been regularly serviced since. Having been lightly used within a local government implant this equipment is in excellent condition and works perfectly. 

The heavy duty Renz DTP340M Punch is capable of punching up to 20,000 sheets per hour. Working on a single second punch cycle via a foot pedal, this allows the operator to have both hands free for the punch process. Various punching dies are available including Wire, Calendar, Comb, 2/4 Hole. Punching dies can be changed in less than one minute using the quick release handles. The depth gauge feature allows the operator to adjust the punched hole margin from 2 mm to 4,5 mm adding strength to the bound edge of the document. 

This DTP340M includes the Coil/Spiral punch die. This die produces 4x5mm oval holes in the 4:1 pitch commonly used. This is the most popular die supplied with the Renz DTP340M. The punch dies offers retractable punch pins making different sizes documents easier to set up.

The CBS340 Electric Coil Inserter includes and integrated cut and crimp cutting system. This will cut and crimp the coil in one motion speeding up the binding process. The CBS340 inserts the coil via the electric roller and can use coils sizes from 6mm to 20mm in diameter. The CBS340 offers a maximum binding width of 340mm.
