Bacciottini Pit Stop FM High Speed Creaser with Butterfly E2F Folder

Now in stock at Glendale we have the Bacciottini Pit Stop FM High Speed Creaser with Butterfly E2F Folder. This system allows creasing of stock up to 600gsm and creasing with folding of stock up to 450gsm. Creasing speeds of 14,000 per hour and creasing with folding speeds of 11,000 per hour are achievable. This model is perfect for both litho and digital print finishing.

Included with this Pit Stop FM High Speed Creaser are standard creasing, digital creasing, standard perforation and micro perforation tools.

The Pit Stop FM high speed creaser features a 7” colour touch screen for user friendly set up. Simple setting functions allows up to 100 creases per sheet and 200 job memory for easy recall. Creasing, perforating and punching tools can be easily interchanged in less than 30 seconds. 

The Pit Stop FM High Speed is the highest performing Pit Stop creaser to date, with a maximum production speed of up to 14,000 sheets per hour. Performance of this magnitude is possible thanks to the new “DIRECT DRIVE” system, patented by the Bacciottini Group. 

The top loading suction feeder has a stainless steel base and a rubber coated drum for consistent, reliable high speed feeding without damage or marking. Equipped with a standard creasing tool, has two creasing width options. A digital creasing tool is available for all offset and digital stock up to 600 gsm.

The Butterfly E2F folder is mounted on castors for easy alignment to the Pit Stop creaser range. Like the FM High Speed, the Butterfly features the colour touch screen with pre-programmed folds loaded and a memory function for non-standard jobs. Pulsed delivery from the creaser to the folder ensures reliability and consistency. The Butterfly is capable of folding stock up to 450gsm at speeds of 11,000 per hour, this makes it comfortably the highest specification machine in its sector.
