JBI AlphaDoc Automatic Punch

Now in stock at Glendale we have this JBI Alpha-Doc Automatic Punch. This AlphaDoc is in perfect working condition. Includes tool of choice from 3:1 Pitch Square, 3:1 Pitch Round, 2:1 Pitch Round and 3-Hole punching tools. All belts, guides and joggers and in excellent condition. A new control panel has been fitted. This machine offers automatic punching at speeds up to 48,000 per hour. It has just been serviced by JBI trained engineers and includes all user manuals.

The JBI AlphaDoc combines versatility and ease with the production requirements of an on-demand automatic punch. Simply load the reception tray, press start and walk away. The production man hours saved by the AlphaDoc are immense, it allows operators to move on to other jobs instead of punching via manual or electric desk top models.

The AlphaDoc will punch up to 48,000 sheets per hour. Paper is jogged from three sides to make sure that holes are perfectly aligned and ready for binding. The AlphaDoc has a unique turnover device which keeps pre-collated work in the correct order for the binding process. The feeder has capacity for 6 reams, as does the reception tray. The reception tray automatically lowers to the ground and is on castors for ease of movement.

Settings are controlled by the touch key panel for size format, speed, punch capacity and stock type. Sheet pick up and punch capacity can be programmed from 0.5-1.0mm. The AlphaDoc will effortlessly punch stock from 70gsm to 300gsm, including laminated print media, PVC and polyester clear covers.

All standard UK and US paper sizes are pre-programmed, with the addition of a further 4 custom setting available for you own requirements.

Various punch dies are available including Wire, Coil, Comb, Strip and 2/4 Hole. Dies can also be made to order for job specific requirements.
