Duplo DBM120 Booklet maker & trimmer

Now in stock at Glendale we have this Duplo DBM120 booklet maker with trimmer. This model allows booklets up to 80 pages to be produced with trimming of the fore edge for better presentation. This booklet maker was supplied new by Glendale and has been regularly serviced since. It is fitted with a new staple head.

The Duplo DBM-120 is a highly versatile bookletmaker capable of standalone/hand-fed operation or connection to a choice of friction or suction collators and Duplo\’s DSF-2000 digital printed sheet feeder. The operating speed is up to 2,400 booklets-per-hour and most of the setup is automatic making this a perfect machine for short-run booklet production. Quick automatic set-up changing between different booklet sizes takes just seconds. Simply make the selection on the control panel or recall one of the 13 memories and the DBM-120 will automatically move all internal setting. The staple positions can be moved manually if required. Creating 80 page booklets (20 sheets of 80gsm) can be handled making A4 booklets and trimming the fore edge for a perfect finish.

The machine will automatically staple to the correct depth once the operator has input the number of sheets into the machine so a strong bind is assured no matter the thickness. A fine adjustment mode allows for correct positioning of the staple, fold and trim positions which can be stored for future recall in any of the 13 memories. In addition, staple heads are fitted with \”out of staple\” sensors to prevent unstapled booklet errors. The Duplo DBM-120T is a fore-edge trimmer unit that will cut this edge as the book is ejected from the bookletmaker ensuring a more presentable appearance. As standard, the Duplo DBM-120 is capable of producing booklets from A3, A4 & A5 in size.
