Vivid Matrix 530P With OmniFlow Feeder

Matrix 530P B2 Pneumatic Laminator, inclusive of Omni-Flow Automatic Sheet Feeder, Digital Foiling Kit and Silent Air Compressor. 

This automatic laminating system is in excellent condition and working perfectly. This Matrix 530P is the pneumatic pressure model allowing speeds of 10 meters per minute to be reached. This full system allows automated lamination and digital foiling for sheet sizes up to B2. The feeder includes the optional extension for longer sheet lengths. This laminating system has been refurbished and serviced by fully trained engineers.

The Matrix 530P is a single sided, pneumatic pressured laminator, capable of laminating up to B2 size printed media. The Omni-Flow feeder allows full automation of the laminating and digital foiling process. It is the ideal solution for short, medium, or long run lamination requirements. The Matrix 530P is extremely cost-effective and allows faster-finish turnaround times. 

This MX-530P has a 510mm lamination width, which means this model is capable of laminating print up to B2 size. The Matrix 530P will run at speeds up to 10 meters per minute. It has an anti-curl bar which ensures that laminated sheets are flat, and automated sheet separation, meaning laminated media is immediately ready to guillotine. The 530P includes the pneumatic pressure rollers, this gives greater flexibility to the type of print that can be laminated and also allows twice the running speed of the standard pneumatic model.

The Omni-Flow 460 is a suction fed sheet feeder that is quick and easy to install, set-up and operate. The feeder has a large load capacity of 180mm and will feed sheet sizes up to 460 x 660mm (1050mm with extension). Changing between different sheet sizes and weights takes seconds via the colour touchscreen control. Paper stock of 110gsm-400gsm+ are capable of being fed on the Omni-Flow 460.

The ever-popular foiling unit is included in this model. This allows digital foiling, holographic, glitter lamination and Spot UV-style effect to be produced. The foil unit makes this laminator multifunctional and offers added value to your print and design offering. Also included is the silent compressor, the compressor controls the pneumatic roller pressure allowing the laminator to work in a quiet office or industrial print room without any sound interference.
