Now in stock at Glendale we have this Duplo DC615 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser. This machine has been serviced and tested and is perfect working condition. Having been previously used within a school the sheet count is very low at just 123,000.

The DC-615 is a finishing unit that delivers a range of finishing processes in a single pass with a high level of automation and levels of network connectivity that make it a highly productive finishing tool for the professionally minded digital printer. A wide range of products can be delivered in a trouble-free single pass, thanks to features designed to cope with the problems known to be associated with digital printing. A powerful pump feeds an air knife to separate sheets and overcome issues of static, while a creasing rule ensures sheets do not crack after folding.

An integral CCD camera will automatically read each sheet, recalling the correct programme from memory and then applying any adjustments necessary for image drift. A large screen allows the operator to quickly access, review and edit up to 80 memorised jobs at the touch of a button without having to re-enter any information. 

Included with the DC615 are 6 rotary sheet trimmers, 1 cross-knife cutter, variable depth creasing rule, CCD camera to pick up register marks an adjust for image shift, air knife separation to eliminate static when sheet feeding and the 80 job memory for frequent repeat jobs.
