Now in stock at Glendale we have this Morgana Uchida AeroCut multifunctional finisher. This Aerocut slitter/cutter/creaser/perforator has a very low sheet count, is in perfect working condition and all rollers, slitters and blades are excellent. This Uchida AeroCut Classic been refurbished by a Morgana trained engineer. 

The AeroCut is designed to automate the key finishing processes in to one simple to operate, compact machine. The AeroCut is a highly accurate slitter, cutter and creasing device, capable of taking oversized prints from a digital or litho press and deliver multiply finished products. 

Equipped with an image tracking sensor the AeroCut will overcome image drift and deliver consistently perfect cut, creased and perforated jobs. Print is passed through the AeroCut using a vacuum top belt feeding system. A straightforward and simple paper path ensure accurate trouble free movement through the AeroCut with reliable removal of the waste and edge strips.

Two margin slitters and two double slitters (six slitters in total) deflect wastes and the durable cutter produces the perfect finished product every time. The high quality creasing matrix system gives a sharp crease than can be altered dependent on paper weights and grain direction. 

The AeroCut is pre-programmed with 263 templates, which are selected from the touchscreen. These templates are loaded for the most common sheet sizes and typical type of work, such as business cards, leaflets, greetings cards and post cards. Thereafter an additional 50 programs are available for bespoke jobs which can be saved in the alpha numeric memory for fast recall.
