Now in stock at Glendale we have this Morgana BM350 / Plockmatic PBM3500 Booklet Maker, Trimmer & Squarefold. This system is in excellent condition and perfect working order. The sheet count is extremely low at less than 35,000 booklets. All belts, guides, staple heads and the trimmer blade are excellent. This machine will produce finished booklets in A3 to A5 size as standard, with flat stitches and the ever popular square spine.

The Morgana BM350 is a modular booklet making solution for centralised reproduction departments and commercial print providers – large and small. The system is packed with a host of unique technologies that deliver finished books with quality to match today’s printing systems. Trends are now demanding more media versatility from digital print, the BM350 is designed from the ground up to work with today’s coated, uncoated and textured paper stocks.

This solution incorporates three parts, the booklet maker, trimmer and squarefold units. The booklet maker provides a simple solution to producing hand fed sets – stapling, folding and stacking. The trimmer removes the shingled effect on the face of the folded document and provides a clean document edge. Finally, the squarefold unit adds a square folded spine for a professional, perfect bound look to the finished book. The system is hand fed and will allow production of booklet up to 35 sheets or 140 pages.
