The Duplo System 3500 is a fully automated, high-production bookletmaking and collating system designed for busy digital and commercial print environments. Engineered to deliver speed, precision and consistent finishing quality, the System 3500 streamlines the entire process — from collation through stitching, folding, spine pressing and trimming — with minimal operator intervention.

Capable of producing up to 3,000 A5 booklets per hour and collating up to 9,000 A4 sets per hour, this system is ideal for print rooms, in-plant departments and commercial printers producing manuals, brochures, reports, programmes and educational materials. The integrated spine press creates flatter, more professional-looking booklets, helping to add value to finished work.

The system comprises the high-speed DC-10/60 Pro collator, the DBM-350 dynamic bookletmaker, and the DBM-350T trimmer, creating a seamless, automated workflow. Automatic setup and 0.1mm fine adjustment capability ensure accurate stitch, fold and trim positioning, allowing operators to change jobs quickly while maintaining high quality output.
