Also included are the digital foiling unit and a silent air compressor. The Neptune is a fully automatic B3 Laminator. It is the perfect solution for any printing business that wishes to laminate in-house to meet quick turnaround times. The digital foil capabilities allow for extra revenue streams from eye catching personalisation. Compact and easy to use the Neptune is designed with today’s print requirements in mind. Its features make it equally adept at laminating digital and lithographic printed media. The automatic suction feeder offers from deep pile for longer print runs and is easily adjustable for a variety of different sheet sizes. The infeed roller presents lightweight and digital output to the laminating nip rollers where a missing sheet detector helps to prevent unwanted wraparounds. The Neptune has a centralised control panel which offers the user, ease of operation. The decurl bar, which can be altered on the run, is fitted to assist giving a flat laminated result, even on thinner stock. The Neptune has an adjustable burster which automatically separates sheets. The printed sheet is then supported by cushioned air as it is delivered into the catch tray. This model also accommodates digital foiling/sleeking and digital full and spot UV jobs to be produced, making this model and even more attractive option.
