Morgana Major Paper Folder

Now in stock at Glendale we have this Refurbished Morgana Major Paper Folder. . This Morgana Major had been used within a digital printer and is in perfect working order. This used Morgana Major Folder has been refurbished by a Morgana trained engineer and the rollers are in excellent condition. This machine can be viewed and demonstrated at our Sunderland premises.  The Morgana Major has a powerful suction feed which handles a wide range of coated or non-coated material and incorporates side lay alignment of the sheets before they enter the fold plates. The feed table also has a suction chamber which controls curly or static charged paper. The Major fold plates have ‘dial-a-fold’ which enables all adjustments to be made without removing the covers or removing the plates from the machine. An LED display accurate to 0.1mm shows the fold plate position and allows east and accurate repeat job settings. The fold rollers are extremely durable and are located in a cassette, when replacement is needed a non-skilled person can achieve this in less than five minutes. The many different types of print used today can affect the characteristics of the paper, run lengths can be short or very long, and the Morgana Major is designed to handle all eventualities.

The Morgana Major offers Pulse and Stream feeding of printed media. Fold speeds are variable, with a maximum speed of up to 27,500 per hour.
