Alphadoc Automatic Punch

The Alphadoc is a fully automated punch. It will automatically feed and punch stock from 70gsm to 300gsm. The unique turnover system means the punched paper is collated in the correct order for the binding process. The production time saving this model offers is huge.

The JBI Alphadoc Automatic Punch will enhance your productivity, with its user-friendly and high speeds allowing the user to punch up to 54000 sheets of paper per hour. The size change feature of the JBI Alphadoc Automatic Punch can be operated by the touch key screen, ensuring precision punching of a wide variety of documents, including 3:1 pitch wire, 2:1 pitch wire and wall calendars with thumbcut.

The Alphadoc has an Tab Option which allows the punching of tabs. The punching speed is variable in speed with the option of 70/80/90 punches per minute. The sheet pick up is also variable with changes between 0.5mm to 1mm allowed. All controls and settings are now operated via the user friendly touchscreen control.

The JBI Alphadoc Automatic Punch is programmed with all standard UK and US paper sizes and formats with the facility to add another 4 (editable) custom sizes of your choice to suit all your punching needs. To make it even easier to use, it can be located in any position and can be easily moved with its wheels around the office, providing there is a mains supply.
